Siaq ​​Organization for Youth and Development launched its first training program to build the capabilities of its staff in the field of preparing project proposals and managing them. This comes with the aim of intensifying the practical aspect of the organization’s projects unit.
The program targeted a number 13 young men from the organization’s staff as well as from the organization’s volunteer unitThey will be trained and their skills developed on the mechanism of analyzing problems, designing project proposals, and designing and managing programs and work plans, which in turn will enhance the practical capabilities of the organization’s staff in preparing project proposals for the organization.In the next phase, the organization will also implement a set of courses in functional skills and other practical aspects with the aim of building the capabilities of young people in the organization’s volunteer unit in order to invest their abilities in implementing the organization’s upcoming projects. It is worth noting that the organization was keen to follow distancing and safety rules to prevent the Corona virus during the course’s implementation.
