Building the capacities of the team is part of organizational development. In this regard, the Siaq for Youth and Development Organization, in partnership with the Civil Center for Support and Advocacy, conducted a training course on “Modern Methods of Psychological Support and Psychological First Aid.” The course targeted 12 volunteer team members from both organizations.
